I'm a senior at UT Austin majoring in Computer Science and persuing a minor equivalent certificate in Business Foundations from McComb's School of Business. In addition to that I'm also persuing another certificate in Information Security, which will allow me to be awarded with the INFOSEC Professional Certificate from the Committee on National Security Systems which is managed by the NSA. I'm looking to build my career in application development on both sides of the stack. I'm interested in working with teams that practice Agile Methodologies and use continuous integration. I would like to gain more experience practicing these cutting edge programming techniques because I believe that the tech world moves constantly, and I'd like to be learning from those that are riding the wave.

I took this picture while I was visiting my friend in England.
The people who worked here convinced me to write something on my hands since I wouldn't be able to talk.
My first friend I met while backpacking took this photo of me.
I was shocked at how big this place is in person. The photos do it no justice.
I was wandering around London exploring every street when I came across the BBC.
I hiked up to the top of this mountain with some people I met at my hostel. This ended up being one of my favorite photos.
I ended up in Portugal on a whim, a friend of a friend offered to buy me a ticket here and we spent the weekend exploring.
It's a lot harder to balance on here than you would think!
I had this photo taken after taking some much needed relaxation. I had to climb 551 steps to get to the top.

My partner Walter Sagehorn and I created this encryption algorithm we jokingly call a bagel cipher in reference to an everything bagel. We used multiple encryption techniques to allow a user to encrypt any file type.Security, Encryption
The first 90 percent of the code accounts for the first 90 percent of the development time...The remaining 10 percent of the code accounts for the other 90 percent of the development time.Tom Cargill
Let us change our traditional attitude to the construction of programs. Instead of imagining that our main task is to instruct a computer what to to, let us concentrate rather on explaining to human beings what we want a computer to do.Donald Knuth
The competent programmer is fully aware of the strictly limited size of his own skull; therefore he approaches the programming task in full humility, and among other things he avoids clever tricks like the plague.Edsger Dijkstra
When to use iterative development? You should use iterative development only on projects that you want to succeed.Martin Fowler
